Payments are processed by Stripe. AFTR LIMITED (NZBN 9429120, GST-registered effective 23 May 2026) is the seller of record. Receipts are issued by Stripe on behalf of Aftr Limited.
Annual plan: $89 NZD per year (GST inclusive). Lifetime plan: $899 NZD one-time (GST inclusive).
Aftr does not store your card details. You can manage your subscription (including cancellation) directly from your Aftr account settings.
No card is required to start your trial. You will not be asked for payment until your 30-day trial ends. If you choose to subscribe at the end of the trial, you will enter your payment details at that point. If you take no action, your trial simply expires.
The annual plan includes a 30-day free trial on your first subscription. No card is required during the trial. Once billing begins, the subscription is non-refundable, except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Annual plans renew automatically on the anniversary of your subscription date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data. Your data is preserved until you choose to delete your account. See our Privacy Policy for details on how long we retain your data. To delete your account, go to Settings > Account.
The lifetime plan has no trial period. Payment is taken in full at purchase. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please make sure Aftr is right for you before purchasing.
Cancelling or refunding your subscription does not delete your account or your data. Your data is retained under our Privacy Policy until you choose to delete your account.
If we permanently cease operating, we will give at least 90 days notice by email to the address on your account. Annual subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for unused months. Lifetime subscribers will receive a data export window of at least 90 days. We will not issue refunds to lifetime plan holders for business closure.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ). If the service has a fault or fails to meet a consumer guarantee under New Zealand law, you have rights that exist regardless of this policy. Contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve it.
If we cannot resolve your refund request to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the NZ Disputes Tribunal (claims up to $30,000) or contact Consumer Protection at consumerprotection.govt.nz.
